The claim to be conducted on shortage must be within the 30 days from the shipment date. Any claim conducted after the first 30 days of the shipment will not be entertained or considered.

The pricing of SignEx holds the rights to alter without any compulsion of offering a notice.
All the products that are ordered immediately proceeds for the process of production. This process cannot be stopped and thus, no cancellation can be accommodated. Only products which has a manufacturing error from our part will be taken for return.
Kindly note that no product that are ordered or customized as per the customer requests can be returned. Only damages done on the part of SignEx will be considered for a compensation.
